To Double Large Numbers

To double a large number easily, break the number down with each digit representing its place value. Then, multiply each of these numbers by 2. Now, add all these numbers together.

For example: Take the number 435. Break the number down based on the place value of its digits. We get 400, 30 and 5. Now, multiply each of these numbers by 2. We get 400 × 2 = 800, 30 × 2 = 60 and 5 × 2 = 10. Now, add these numbers. We get 800 + 60 + 10 = 870. So, the d
