Scientists have found that a strange golden object they had discovered in the Gulf of Alaska is actually part of a sea creature, solving a question that left them perplexed for three years. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) scientists found this unusual object more than 3,000mts underwater in 2023. After conducting numerous studies, including genetic evaluations, they found that the object was actually the remains of a sea anemone. The discovery highlights the vastness of the ocean and its countless undiscovered surprises.
