The bright lights shine
They tell a story so divine
The lights conquer dark
Then comes in us a spark
Let’s begin…
Prince ram was the most just.
His ideals were one you can trust
Ravan had qualities too
But a few vices were evil through
His wicked ways came in his heart
And he tore Ram and Sita apart
Ram was in a terrible grief and rage.
For Ravana had trapped his beloved in a cage
Ravan fought greatly
But Ram fought honestly
In the end the good won
And the evil was undone
So every light tells a tale
Try to listen to it without fail
This day is the Diwali
A day of light and duty
