
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon sabja seeds (also known as falooda seeds)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Mango or strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup water
METHOD
- Soak the sabja seeds in water in a glass and let them fluff up. This takes about 10 minutes.
- Sweeten the coconut milk with powdered sugar.
- Once the seeds swell up, remove the excess water, add the sweetened coconut milk and mix well.
- Leave the mixture for 10 minutes so that the seeds soak up the coconut milk.
- Garnish with a fruit of your choice and enjoy!
