The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) directed five crew members aboard the International Space Station (ISS) to take shelter in the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft due to an air leak. The emergency occurred due to the aggravation of the air leak in the Zvezda Service Module, which is part of the Russian segment of the ISS, in June. NASA instructed the crew to prepare to evacuate and head back to Earth as a safety measure, while Russian cosmonauts tried to carry out repair work. However, NASA later ordered the crew to return to the ISS after operations returned to normal.
