
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of bread (preferably white or light brown)
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Chives to garnish (optional)
METHOD
- Put the grated tomatoes in a small bowl, add the olive oil and salt and mix.
- Toast the slices of bread until light brown.
- Rub the garlic over the toasted slices of bread.
- Take some grated tomato and spread it over the toasted bread.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
