To enhance the quality of education in Delhi, the Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi, ordered teachers and educational heads to prepare for the 2026-2027 academic year by organising engaging sessions, planning the year’s activities and ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene in schools. The initiative involves encouraging interaction among students, informing parents and guardians of academic plans and understanding students’ requirements to facilitate better educational outcomes. Based on the guidelines, teachers are also required to create plans to ad dress learning gaps, which will help students throughout the year.
