
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup jowar flour
- 4 tablespoons suji (semolina)
- ¾ cup curd
- 4 tablespoons chopped carrot
- 4 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- Grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
- Mix the jowar flour and suji with curd and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- Add the chopped vegetables, coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Heat a cast iron or non-stick pan and put 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter in the centre. And some oil around it and let it cook on one side till it is crisp. Turn it over and cook on the other side too.
- Top with some grated cheese and serve hot.
