
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 potato, boiled
- 100 grams kurmura (puffed rice)
- 25 grams sev
- 10 papdis (fried flat pooris)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chutney
- 1 tablespoon green chutney
- ½ lemon
- ½ cup coriander, chopped
- Salt, pepper and red chilli powder to taste
METHOD
- Ask an adult to help you chop the tomato, onion and boiled potato.
- Add the kurmura to a bowl. Add the sev and a few broken papdis to it.
- Add the chopped tomato, onion and potato.
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper and red chilli powder to the mixture.
- Add both the chutneys and mix well.
- Squeeze half a lemon over it.
- Mix all the ingredients and garnish with coriander and papdis. Your bhel is ready!
