Aarav Vijai, a class 9 student at Vibgyor High, Mumbai, is a patriot who is passionate about sketching. As a tribute to India’s freedom fighters and national leaders and to celebrate 75 years of India’s independence, Aarav made some sketches and printed them on badges, which he sold in his school, society and community. He donated the proceeds from the sale of the freedom fighter badges to a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that provides care and support to special children. He aims to scale up his initiative and contribute further to society.
