Isla McNabb, a two-year-old girl from Kentucky, USA, scripted history by becoming the youngest female member of Mensa, a high intelligence quotient (IQ) society comprising members from around the world. Isla has an IQ in the 99th percentile and is exceptionally good in mathematics and reading. She has been recognised by the Guinness World Records for her achievement. Isla began reading at the age of two and was also able to spell some words. When Isla’s mother noticed her daughter’s unique abilities, she decided to get her IQ checked. The results revealed that she qualified for enrolment in Mensa.
