
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Wai Wai ready-to-eat noodles
- ½ cup boiled black chickpeas
- ½ each onion, tomato and cucumber, finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Sev of choice or puffed rice
- Chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder to taste
- Taste maker from the noodle packet
- Spicy sauce of choice
METHOD
- Take a big bowl and crush the Wai Wai noodles into small pieces.
- Add the boiled chickpeas and sev or puffed rice.
- Add all the chopped vegetables.
- Now add all the dry spices, taste maker and sauce.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch.
