The chief executive officer (CEO) of technology company Adobe, Shantanu Narayen has decided to quit from his position, bringing an end to his distinguished career at the company. Narayen has been associated with Adobe for almost three decades, serving in various capacities, including president and chief operating officer (COO) and vice president and general manager of engineering technology. Narayen became the company’s CEO in 2007, playing a vital role in Adobe’s development and significantly driving its revenue. The 62-year-old was instrumental in contributing to the growth of the company’s software, including InDesign and Photoshop. He was also associated with Silicon Graphics and Apple during his career. Narayen is a Padma Shri recipient.
