- Tourism in Andhra Pradesh is set to be enhanced through the NiVU artificial intelligence (AI) platform, an initiative that allows tourists to gain knowledge about tourist spots in an engaging manner.
- The initiative has been executed through an agreement between a social media company called Explurger and the Andhra Pradesh government.
- This platform employs AI and will allow visitors to obtain information about a variety of destinations by scanning quick response (QR) codes. Information is provided through text or voice conversations in a language of the visitors’ choice.
- The platform offers more than 130 language options and will be free of charge.
