I would love to be Luna Lovegood, a character who is known for being unique and artistic. As I am creative myself, I truly relate to this character. Luna’s style of expression and personality stand out compared to other characters. Though she is jokingly called ‘Loony’, she doesn’t feel offended. She accepts her uniqueness and is comfortable being herself, a quality I admire. With her distinctive perspectives, Luna is different from other Ravenclaws. I feel Luna’s interactions and behaviour are reflective of her artistic mind and she perceives life as art.

  • Inspiration from Luna: Be comfortable with yourself and empathetic towards others and try to understand people’s perspectives.

I would like to be Ron Weasley, as he is known for his courage and loyalty. Ron displays his selflessness on many occasions, including the life sized chess game, where he is ready to sacrifice himself. He shows bravery even when he is plagued with fear. As Ron is from a family of overachievers, he often battles feelings of self-doubt. Still, he overcomes his obstacles and proves himself. He discovers himself through his journey. Additionally, though Ron is often overshadowed, he continues to fiercely protect his friends. His quote, “If you want to kill Harry, you’ll have to kill us too!”, is an example of his faithfulness. Ron shows us how to rise above imperfections and treasure relationships above all else.

  • Inspiration from Ron: Be brave and faithful and stand by your friends rather than focussing on being perfect.

I would love to be Hermione Granger, as she is one of the strongest characters in the Harry Potter series. Hermione’s hard working nature, determination and ability to deal with stress are inspirational. She also known for her strategic plans and good academic record. Over the years, Hermione evolves from a slightly arrogant character to an emotionally intelligent and protective friend. She supports her friends Ron and Harry numerous times and also protects them from danger. She uses her intelligence to save many people, including Sirius Black. Despite being involved in battles and challenging situations and an attack by a Basilisk, Hermione emerges stronger and moves forward.

  • Inspiration from Hermione: Be courageous and resilient.

I would like to be Neville Longbottom, as he is brave. Though Neville came across as a silent, shy character, he eventually shows his bravery and strength on various occasions. Neville embodies loyalty and stands up for what is just. He is also determined and positive. I feel Neville and I have a lot of qualities in common.

  • Inspiration from Neville: Be brave and support and protect your friends.

I would proudly like to be Ginny Weasley. Ginny is a confident character who is ready to face challenges. She is fearless and supportive, defending people and staying firm. She displayed bravery even in dangerous situations, teaching us the value of courage. She shows how strength comes from self-confidence and not just authority or power. From her, I have learnt the importance of believing in myself. Her character also shows how one can embrace one’s uniqueness and stand out in one’s own way.

Inspiration from Ginny: Embrace your uniqueness, speak up and stand up for yourself and pursue your goals despite obstacles.
