A woman named Pallavi Sharma is working to empower and assist young children from underprivileged backgrounds in Gurugram and Allahabad through her non-governmental organisation (NGO) called We Care Foundation. Her foundation focusses on making underprivileged children independent by providing them with education and skills that will help them earn a livelihood. We Care Foundation complies with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) syllabus and along with offering children learning opportunities, it also works towards nurturing other skills such as art. Children also receive meals through the school, fostering both their physical and intellectual development.
