To be a dermatologist, you need to clear:
- Class 12 with physics, chemistry and biology
- National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) (NEET UG)
- 4-year degree—bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MBBS)
- 1-year internship
- MSc in dermatology or doctor of medicine (MD)
- 3-year training or residency in dermatology
Types of Jobs: Skin specialist, cosmetic surgeon, dermatology consultant, tele-dermatologist, paediatric dermatologist or dermatology professor.
