
INGREDIENTS
For 2 Cups
- ½ litre milk
- 4 Orion Choco-Pie
- 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1.5 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
METHOD
- In a non-stick pan, simmer the milk.
- In a grinder, make a crumble from 4 Choco-Pie by blitzing for 3 to 5 seconds only.
- Add the crumble to the simmering milk, followed by the cocoa powder, sugar and fresh cream.
- Add a dollop of melted dark chocolate to the mixture.
- Stir using a whisk until mixed evenly.
- Bring to a boil and strain through a thick sieve into 2 cups.
- Top off with a handful of marshmallows and blow torch them with the help of an adult if you like them toasty and smoky!
