
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup boiled rice
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate pearls
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
- Handful coriander leaves, chopped
METHOD
- Start by adding chopped cashew nuts and warm ghee to the rice.
- In a bowl, add the lemon juice, honey, chaat masala, black pepper and chilli flakes and mix well.
- Now add this mixture to the rice and give it a nice mix.
- Top the mixture with pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves.
