
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 8 to 10 almonds
- Sugar to taste
- 1 glass water
METHOD
- Peel and slice a banana and put it in a bowl. Mash the banana using a fork.
- Add the sugar to the banana as needed.
- Mix the curd into the banana.
- Add the oats and 4 almonds.
- Pour 1 glass of water into the bowl.
- With the help of an adult, blend the ingredients together using a hand-held blender.
- Pour the shake into a glass and add sliced or coarsely crushed almonds on top. Your banana protein shake is ready!
