INGREDIENTS
1 cup bajra flourÂ
¼ cup wheat flourÂ
¾ cup finely chopped fenugreek leavesÂ
1 tablespoon sesame seedsÂ
1 tablespoon curdÂ
1 tablespoon oilÂ
Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to tasteÂ
Oil for frying
METHOD
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Let it rest for half an hour.Â
In a kadhai, pour enough oil for frying and let it heat up.Â
Meanwhile, make small puris from the dough.Â
Once the oil is hot, start frying the puris.Â
Enjoy the hot puris with aloo sabzi or curd and chutney.Â
