
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup bajra flour
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- ¾ cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon curd
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Let it rest for half an hour.
- In a kadhai, pour enough oil for frying and let it heat up.
- Meanwhile, make small puris from the dough.
- Once the oil is hot, start frying the puris.
- Enjoy the hot puris with aloo sabzi or curd and chutney.
