
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ cup refined flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 7 strawberries cut into half
For the whipping cream
- 200ml whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon castor sugar
For the strawberry sauce
- 7 strawberries cut into half
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl, add whipping cream and castor sugar and mix till it forms peaks.
- For the strawberry sauce, in a vessel, add half the cut strawberries, castor sugar and water and cook till they are nice and mushy.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, milk, butter and refined flour and beat well. Add salt. The batter is ready.
- Heat a pan, pour a ladle full of batter and create a thin crepe.
- Cook it on a medium to low flame.
- Once you see bubbles on top and the top seems cooked, take it off the heat.
- To stuff the crepe, take a crepe, spread some whipped cream and strawberry sauce, roll it and top it with strawberries.
- Your strawberry crepe is ready.
