A Bugatti Chiron Profilée was sold at an RM Sotheby’s auction in Paris, France, for approximately ₹88.23 crore, making it the most expensive new car ever auctioned. The car has a quad-turbocharged W16 engine with 1,479 horsepower and is Bugatti’s last W16-engine-powered hypercar. The car is the fastest accelerating model of the Chiron and can go from 0 to 100kms/hour in just 2.3 seconds. The French manufacturer Bugatti plans to donate the proceeds from the sale of the car to charity.
