” A room without books is like a body without a soul “
World Book Day is celebrated all over the world on April 23rd, and is organized by UNESCO to promote the love of reading, writing, publishing and copyright. This day is established by UNESCO on 1995.
April 23rd was chosen as the symbolic date in the literature world as it marks the death anniversaries of famous authors like William Shakespeare etc…

World Book Day:
World Book Day is celebrated to promote awareness of reading and preserving them. In recent times we invented E-books which provide knowledge but are harmful to our vision. You and I can change this by promoting awareness of reading books. The time you spend using your mobile phone you can read a book and gain knowledge.

History of books:
The earliest forms of writing appeared on clay tablets in Mesopotamia in 3500 BCE ( 5,500 years ago ), later the books were written on fine papers and published in the traditional publishing process. But now the traces of books have been totally destroyed, the technology has grown and we invented E-books and E-audio books, which changed the era of books and made a crucial impact on human society.

Uses of books:
Books help to develop writing skills, vocabulary and improve memory, focus and also strengthen your brain.

The origin of knowledge:
Books are not only a bundle of papers but also an ultimate source of knowledge. A book in your hand can change this world, don’t hate them just because they are boring even the scientist Albert Einstein would be illiterate.

“Read the books and be the change to this world”
