In the heart of the forest, where silence once reigned,
Now shadows of timber tell stories of pain.
The rivers once danced with a crystalline grace,
But now murky waters leave scars on their face.
The mountains stand weary, their peaks cloaked in smog,
Once proud and majestic, now lost in the fog.
The creatures who roamed in the twilight’s embrace,
Now whisper their sorrow, their home a lost place.
The oceans, once vast, sing a haunting refrain,
Of plastics and toxins that deepen their pain.
Coral reefs fading, a vibrant world dimmed,
In the depths of the twilight, a symphony’s hymned.
The air that we breathe, heavy with strife,
Carries the burden of unyielding life.
Climate’s fierce fury, her tempestuous roar,
Calls us to action, to cherish once more.
Yet hope flickers softly, like stars in the night,
For hearts filled with passion can spark a new light.
Together we stand, hand in hand, strong and true,
To heal and nurture, to protect what we knew.
So let’s plant our gardens, restore what is lost,
Embrace every challenge, no matter the cost.
For Earth is our canvas, we’re colors that blend,
In this vibrant creation, a world we can mend,
a world we can mend.
