To raise awareness about water conservation, the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) organised a virtual marathon called the India Virtual Marathon in Chennai on September 3. The marathon was one of many initiatives undertaken by the IPA across India to encourage the efficient use of water. The marathon took place early in the morning from Alcott Memorial to MRC Nagar in Chennai and saw the participation of numerous people.
