To track out-of-school children (OoSC) in Delhi, the Delhi Directorate of Education conducted a survey over the winter holidays with the help of 246 teams. Samagra Shiksha, which is part of the Delhi Education Department, carried out this survey that aims to support OoSC, especially those with special needs, by getting them admitted in schools. The survey was conducted from January 1 to 15, 2025, and involved survey groups collecting information of children across the city’s districts. Through this initiative, the government aims to ensure that every child has access to education.
