The soldiers of India are brave and strong,
they protect our nation, no matter the harm.
In winter and summer, in the day and night,
they guard our borders, always ready to fight.
They fight for our freedom, as it is owed,
and we, in return, must bow our heads in respect,
as it is the code.
They all serve in a harmonious group,
over and over, in a continuous loop.
They stay up late, camping in small tents,
to ensure our country stays safe from threats.
They teach us courage, helping us to perceive
loyalty and resilience, so we don’t have to grieve.
And it is them I truly admire,
for it’s truly selfless, what they do,
not just for our country,
but for its citizens too.
