There was silence at that moment,
My heart stopped with its restlessness.
It was warm,
The quite held my peace
In my mind it was a puzzle
Each part had its own companion.
Some of them come with happiness and stay,
Whilst the others give you lessons and go for good.
If I were to die one day,
I hope they see my good parts.
My bad was my testament to God,
To prove to him that I too am strong.
I’d like that moment of quiet,
Where it’s just me, my heart and mind.
Not a conflict, not any terror
Just a smile which should never wither.
