INGREDIENTS1 tablespoon sabja seeds (also known as falooda seeds)1/2 cup coconut milkMango or strawberries, chopped2 tablespoons powdered sugar1/4 cup waterMETHOD Soak the sabja seeds in water in a glass and let them fluff up. This takes about 10 minutes.Sweeten the coconut milk with powdered sugar.Once the seeds swell up, remove the excess water, add the sweetened coconut milk and mix well.Leave the mixture for 10 minutes so that the seeds soak up the coconut milk.Garnish with a fruit of your choice and enjoy!
