This healthy breakfast recipe is loaded with protein and fibre. Try these idlis with your favourite chutneys.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup ragi rawa
½ cup oat flour
1 cup curd
Salt to taste
Water as required
A pinch of fruit salt
METHOD
In a bowl, add the ragi rawa, oat flour and curd and mix them well.
Add salt and a little water to adjust the batter’s consistency. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the fruit salt to the mixture and mix well.
Grease an idli mould and pour the batter into each cavity of the mould.
Place the mould in the idli stand and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
Your ragi oat idlis are ready to eat. Serve them with your favourite chutney.
