Scientists have developed a technology that makes it possible for batteries in electronic vehicles to be charged in less than 10 minutes. This technology also enables batteries to store more energy for longer.
Batteries operate well when they are hot, but excessive heat could pose a problem, so maintaining the right temperature of a battery is important. While old methods use external systems to regulate the temperature of a battery, this new technology self-regulates battery temperature from the inside using nickel foil.
