What you need to do to build a career as a Public Relations (PR) Executive.

To be a public relations (PR) executive, one must complete:

  • Class 12 in any stream, but preferably in arts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mass media (BMM).
  • Master’s degree in communication and journalism, specialising in PR.
  • Internships to gain hands-on experience.

A PR executive can be employed by various businesses, institutions, celebrities and government bodies. Their main job is to get coverage in print, electronic and online media.
