Naturally Sweetened Laddus

These laddus are not only healthy, but also delicious. They are packed with nutrients and make for a great snack when mid-morning or evening hunger strikes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup roasted and crushed groundnuts
  • ¾ cup dried date (kharek) powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried fruit powder
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons ghee

METHOD

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a big bowl, add all of them except for the ghee and mix them together.
  • Now add the ghee one spoon at a time.
  • Keep adding ghee until you get a binding consistency.
  • Now, start making small laddus.
  • You can decorate the laddus with sprinkles, chocolate chips or dried fruits.
