I dream of being a bird, so free,
To soar the skies and cross the sea.
Exploring lands both near and far,
From deserts dry to mountains scarred.
I’d taste new fruits on every tree,
And meet new birds who sing with me.
I’d fill the air with melodies,
Floating on the gentle breeze.
From tree to tree, I’d flap my wings,
Through peaceful days and winds that sing.
I’d build my nest on an old oak tree,
With soft, young twigs—just right for me.
And every night, I’d look above,
And thank dear God with all my love.
To live this dream—so wild, so true,
A little bird in skies so blue.
