Jayanti Chauhan, the daughter of Bisleri International’s chairman Ramesh Chauhan, has decided to take charge of her father’s company after Tata Consumer Products Limited cancelled its acquisition plans. The 42-year-old has been a part of the company since she was 24. Chauhan acquired a master’s degree in Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, UK, and has been taking care of different spheres of Bisleri’s business including marketing, communication and advertising. She led the Delhi office initially, where she enhanced various aspects of the business, and took charge of the Mumbai office in 2011. She worked under the mentorship of her father and is currently focused on growing the Vedica brand in Bisleri’s portfolio.
