Studio Gang, a US-based architecture company, unveiled the design of an open-air theatre for the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival (HVSF). Located in Garrison in New York, USA, the project is expected to span an area of approximately 1,280sq mts. It will include an open-air theatre and numerous pavilions. The theatre will have a curved roof that will be supported by triangular timber columns and the outdoor space on the campus will be adorned with native grasses. The eco-friendly structure will have rooftop solar panels and will be constructed using sustainable materials. The project is expected to commence in 2024.
