Hara Bhara Chaat

Satisfy your evening snack cravings with a nutritious bowl of green chaat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled chole (white gram)
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons curd
  • 1 green chilli
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Sesame seeds and chilli flakes to garnish

METHOD

  • Mix the jaggery and chaat masala with the boiled chole and keep it aside.
  • In a mixer, add the coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, salt and curd with the help of an adult and make it into a thick paste.
  • Add lemon juice to the paste and mix it well.
  • Mix the boiled chole with the green paste and garnish it with sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve cold.
