INGREDIENTS 1 cup boiled chole (white gram) 1 cup coriander leaves 1 garlic clove 2 tablespoons curd 1 green chilli ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon jaggery powder 1 tablespoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon salt Sesame seeds and chilli flakes to garnish METHOD Mix the jaggery and chaat masala with the boiled chole and keep it aside. In a mixer, add the coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, salt and curd with the help of an adult and make it into a thick paste. Add lemon juice to the paste and mix it well.
