MATERIALS
- Chart paper in yellow, pink, green, white, red, blue and purple
- Stapler
- Black marker
- Glue
- Scissors
METHOD
- Cut a long broad strip of yellow chart paper and fold it in half. Then fold out the ends as shown in the picture.
- Staple the ends of the yellow paper to the centre so that you can insert your hand in the gaps created.
- Cut red chart paper in the shape of a tongue and stick it so that it is sandwiched in between the 2 halves of the yellow paper.
- Cut 3 feathers of different colours as shown.
- Staple all 3 feathers on the upper edge of the yellow paper.
- Draw 2 eyes on white chart paper and cut them out.
- Cut strips of various coloured chart paper and staple them to each other to form a triangle as shown. Stick the triangle on the lower edge of the yellow paper.
- Stick the eyes in front of the feathers.
- Your hand puppet is ready!
