Supporting the aspirations of the ‘Viksit Bharat @2047’ initiative, the plan intends to boost automotive exports, prioritise quality, promote electric transportation and drive innovation.
Specialists from various domains, including the academic sector and government bodies, are working together as part of seven sub-committees to craft the plan.
The plan advances the work of the Automotive Mission Plan 2016-2026 and involves numerous benchmarks to be acquired over time. It is expected to accelerate development across various sections of the Indian automotive sector.
