MATERIALS
- 2 sheets of crepe paper in any colour
- Glue
- Scissors
- Satay sticks
- Green masking tape
METHOD
- Cut the crepe paper into strips of 8 centimetres width and fold each strip into half lengthwise as shown.
- Make equidistant cuts on the folded side of each paper strip.
- Open the folded paper strip and apply glue on the edges as shown.
- Stick both the sides together.
- Take a long satay stick and wrap it with green masking tape.
- Now apply glue on the tip of the satay stick.
- Stick 1 end of the paper strip on the tip of the satay stick and slowly roll the paper towards the end of the satay stick. Your DIY paper flower is ready!
- Make more flowers in various colours.
