To provide the attendees of the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, e-commerce company Amazon created beds using the company’s delivery boxes. The Maha Kumbh Mela, considered a major Hindu pilgrimage event, was held in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, this year. Under Amazon’s initiative, called ‘Dibbon Se Badhkar’, the company created upcycled portable beds from their cardboard boxes used for delivery. These beds were placed at different spots at the Maha Kumbh Mela venue and pilgrims could avail of them for free.
