Under the central government’s Vision@2047 initiative, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi has planned to change the education system by enhancing infrastructure in schools, introducing co-curricular activities and inculcating important values in children. Schools will be equipped with water coolers and water filters to ensure the availability of safe drinking water. Closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras will be installed in schools to ensure safety on school premises. Special hours will be allotted for music and art classes to ensure the complete development of children. Schools will be furnished with the latest technology and teachers will be provided with the latest teaching aids including iPads.
