Nand Mulchandani, a man of Indian origin, has been appointed as the first-ever chief technology officer (CTO) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in USA. Mulchandani attended Bluebells International School in Delhi. He then studied at Cornell University, Stanford University and Harvard’s John F Kennedy School of Government, USA. Mulchandani has more than 25 years of experience and has served as the CTO and acting director of the US Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center.
