Biographies Added to Curriculum

In a bid to introduce students of Uttar Pradesh to the culture and civilisation of India, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has added the biographies of India’s freedom fighters and historians to the moral education syllabus of students.

In a bid to introduce students of Uttar Pradesh to the culture and civilisation of India, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has added the biographies of India’s freedom fighters and historians to the moral education syllabus of students. Students of classes 9 to 12 will read the biographies of 50 of India’s greatest personalities including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Swami Vivekananda and Bisra Munda. The board has also added topics like digital cryptocurrency, 3D printing and artificial intelligence (AI) to the curriculum to ensure the overall development of students.
