A 12-year-old girl from Bengaluru named Kyna Khare has created history by becoming the youngest female master scuba diver in the world.

A 12-year-old girl from Bengaluru named Kyna Khare has created history by becoming the youngest female master scuba diver in the world. Kyna began scuba diving when she was 10 years old and mastered the activity in just two years. Her first dive was in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, after which she took a liking to the activity and began pursuing diving courses. She has numerous certifications including underwater photography, open water certification and rescue diver training under her belt. Her remarkable achievements and expertise in scuba diving earned her the ‘Master Diver’ title. She wishes to study marine science in the future.
