Construction companies are not only instrumental in building houses, apartments, schools and offices, but they are also an essential part of projects related to industry and infrastructure (roads, flyovers, expressways). Needless to say, there are a lot more people working behind the scenes than the construction workers we see, with their bright colour-coded helmets. Just like in any other company, the building blocks of a construction company include non-construction operations such as finance, human resources, purchase and marketing.
