Banana Protein Shake

A great way to start your day! This protein shake is a natural energy booster for your child’s busy day at school!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 8 to 10 almonds
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 glass water

METHOD

  • Peel and slice a banana and put it in a bowl. Mash the banana using a fork.
  • Add the sugar to the banana as needed.
  • Mix the curd into the banana.
  • Add the oats and 4 almonds.
  • Pour 1 glass of water into the bowl.
  • With the help of an adult, blend the ingredients together using a hand-held blender.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and add sliced or coarsely crushed almonds on top. Your banana protein shake is ready!
