On the occasion of Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary, Australia Post collaborated with the entertainment company to create a limited-edition set of postage stamps featuring Disney characters in popular Australian locations. The set comprises four stamps that showcase well-known Disney characters Ariel, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Kanga, Roo and Nemo at the Great Barrier Reef, the Great Ocean Road and the Sydney Harbour. The stamps were made available to fans and collectors in Australia at $1.20 each from October 4 onwards. Disney celebrated its 100th anniversary on October 16.
