A 140-mile-wide asteroid has been discovered between Mars and Jupiter. It is so rich in precious metals that if the asteroid were captured and divided among all the people on the planet, every person on Earth would become a billionaire! This asteroid, named 16 Psyche, could contain a core worth $10,000 quadrillion made of nickel, gold and iron. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) plans to launch a mission to 16 Psyche later this year that will focus on exploring the asteroid and studying its composition.
